About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Growth Hacker to lead and execute bold growth strategies, combining marketing automation, CRM mastery, and innovative experimentation to scale lead generation and maximise conversion.
You will act as the bridge between Marketing and Sales, ensuring our CRM ecosystem (especially Zoho) is fully optimised, driving high-performing campaigns, and identifying scalable opportunities to grow our B2B customer base.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone tech-savvy and commercially minded, ready to make an impact in a creative, fast-paced industry.
You'll work closely with our CEO and leadership team, acting as a growth catalyst across departments.
1) Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Experimentation
Design and lead the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, retention and monetisation.
Define and execute continuous A/B tests, CRO initiatives, and performance experiments.
Partner with Marketing to align messaging, digital campaigns and data flows.
Collaborate with Sales to enhance lead quality, volume and nurturing tactics.
CRM & Automation
Own and optimise Zoho CRM to meet commercial, reporting and automation needs.
Build lead scoring models, trigger-based email sequences and reporting dashboards.
Analyse data and segment audiences to personalise touchpoints across the funnel.
Lead Generation & Performance
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound tools to generate qualified B2B leads.
Implement and optimise paid, organic and referral growth loops.
Identify high-converting channels and scale them through performance-driven strategies.
AI & Tech
Use AI tools to enrich lead data, personalise outreach and accelerate campaign creation.
Introduce new tools that enhance marketing and sales performance.
Stay ahead of trends in growth hacking, automation and digital marketing.
Commercial Impact
Create compelling C-level copy and messaging in English.
Represent the company in live sales conversations, events and networking situations.
Monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS and MQL-to-SQL rates, and continuously optimise them.
2) What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, or Performance Marketing in B2B.
Proven track record in building and executing growth experiments with measurable results.
Deep expertise in Zoho CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
AI-savvy mindset and ability to integrate smart tools to boost funnel performance.
Highly data-driven, comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs and trends.
Fluent English (C2 or native); Spanish is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills with commercial flair; confident in client-facing situations.
Affinity for the events, creative or experiential industries is a major bonus.
