We Dare to challenge the status quo, to innovate and to learn fast,We Care for the environment, our customers and each other,We Deliver by taking accountability for our decisions and actions.Aliaxis is privately owned, with its global & EMEA headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.Responsibilities- Serve as the integration expert across solutions in multiple functional domains (Sales/Mktg, SCM, Manufacturing, Finance…)- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to understand functional requirements and define technical design.- Leverage the shared/enterprise integration platform and services to build integration solutions, interacting with in-country IT teams and internal business clients throughout the multiple phases of the project.- Monitor Aliaxis integration platform and maintain an efficient technical environment with adherence to security standards.- Promote adoption and implementation of integration best practices, and standard design principles and technology.- Provide clear direction, guidance, and leadership to the team. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Provide a clear plan and multi-year roadmap.Requirements- Senior experience as a Team Leader or similar leadership role, leading an IT Integration development team delivering integrations in multiple styles & domains (process, data, on-premise, cloud, hybrid, Robotic Process Automation, API’s, Event Driven,..)- Hands-on experience in building enterprise integration solutions from scratch- Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP integration suite (Cloud Integration (CI), API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors…)- Understanding of messaging standards & protocols (SOAP/REST, JMS, AMQP, XML/JSON…)- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus- Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plusWe offer a unique opportunity to join a European (Belgian) global company with a very international & collaborative culture that is transforming dynamically and that is committed to its future growth, service excellence and employee engagement.
