Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Web Services Operational Project Manager to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.
About the Role
The Human Pharma Services (HPS) team provides centralized global support to internal marketing teams, offering end-to-end services from creative content to digital operations. The Web Factory, in partnership with offshore production teams, manages websites using Boehringer Ingelheim’s Global Web Solution (GWS), a standardized Drupal-based platform ensuring consistency and efficiency across markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates, and promote continuous improvement.
* Monitor and optimize service quality and cost-efficiency delivered by Production Partners.
* Ensure adherence to and improve Service Operations Tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
* Lead the implementation of a new help desk in collaboration with IT, Production Partners, and the platform vendor, ensuring SLA and satisfaction metrics are met.
* Plan and execute pilot programs for new services, including demand analysis and performance metrics.
* Support the platform migration roadmap, including site grouping and maintaining a clean site inventory.
* Produce reports on incidents and service requests for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the product team to define process requirements.
* Create technical training content for Production Partners in coordination with the platform vendor.
Skills and Experience
* Academic background in Project Management, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in web projects and website production processes.
* Strong understanding of web infrastructure and lifecycle management.
* Experience with Drupal environments.
* Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow.
* Fluent in English and able to work in an international environment.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
* Interest in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
