RESPONSIBILITIES
* The key day-to-day project contact with lower to high-level clients and creative agencies.
* Possesses an accurate sense of client satisfaction, facilitates sharing feedback with the team and management; sensitive to client needs and concerns.
* Takes accountability to ensure all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables.
* Develops and maintains high levels of team effectiveness, including trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, and engagement.
* Serves as a mentor/coach to junior producers.
* Manages all projects independently from initiation through completion.
* Acts as the production expert on audiovisual campaigns, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment. Must be accustomed to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Manages client objectives, budget expectations, deliverables, and timelines; communicates changes/directions to team members.
* Keeps projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.
* Demonstrates strong commercial abilities and business and financial acumen.
* Works with interdisciplinary teams to define and develop project scopes and estimates, translating creative concepts into clear deliverables with proper staffing.
* Owns project budgets, tracks ongoing costs, reconciles estimates to actuals, and resolves budget discrepancies.
* Develops and maintains scopes, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinates with Hogarth's global production network to ensure successful global campaign launches.
* Manages status documents, agendas, contact reports, trackers, and daily communication with teams and clients.
* Liaises with clients, agencies, and suppliers for schedules, briefs, assets, technical specifications.
* Responsible for managing talent and traffic teams at Hogarth.
* Manages POs, financial reporting, and billing tracking against project budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
* 45 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house, including offline, online, 2D, 3D, audio, and media production.
* Solid understanding of production, post-production, and creative development processes, with knowledge from start to finish.
* Experience with data handling, asset management, buyouts, and formats.
* Proven project leadership with clients and accounts, demonstrating ability to set and meet project goals.
* Ability to handle medium to complex projects, delivering on time and within budget.
* Fluent in English to collaborate with native speakers.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, workflow tools, online project management, collaboration, and ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint, Smartsheet).
