We are looking for an Area Sales Manager with experience in managing and supervising Brand Ambassadors, strong analytical skills and proven leadership ability to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coordinate, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets.
* Plan, oversee, and manage the team's daily activities.
* Analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for success.
* Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Train and develop the team in sales techniques and product knowledge.
