We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager (maternity cover) to play a key role in shaping and evolving HBX Group’s global brand.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, Content & Creative, you will translate business strategy into a clear, consistent, and impactful brand strategy—driving awareness, differentiation, and growth across markets.
Brand strategy & positioning: Define and evolve the brands and positioning across client and supplier segments.
Global brand execution : Drive brand awareness and equity through consistent, high-quality execution aligned with business goals.
Brand governance : Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (digital and offline).
Brand identity & messaging :Partner with Creative and Content teams to define visual identity and tone of voice.
Storytelling & content: Develop compelling narratives and materials to strengthen brand perception.
Work closely with commercial, product, and marketing teams to support growth (acquisition, retention, expansion).
Oversee branding tools (e.g., Insights & performance: Budget & asset management : Manage branding budgets, trademarks, domains, and brand assets.
7+ years in brand management / brand strategy, ideally in B2B and global environments
~ Strong experience working cross-functionally on complex, strategic projects
~ Solid project management skills
~ Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities
~ Fluent English required (additional languages a plus)
