A Day in the Life
Atrial fibrillation affects over 33 million individuals worldwide and is the most common serious arrhythmia. As part of our fast-growing cardiac ablation segment, especially following our recent acquisition of the Mapping and Ablation System, we are poised to provide innovative solutions to meet unmet patient needs. We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Therapy Account Consultant to join our team and drive business growth.
This role reports to the operating unit and is critical in providing expert clinical and technical support and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the optimal use of the Mapping and Ablation System.
Territory to cover: Malaga.
Responsibilities may include:
* Providing proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment (Generators, software functionalities, pump, and accessories).
* Offering in-service training to introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders and ensure technology acceptance.
* Participating in the development of advanced clinical workflows.
* Collaborating with the education team and supporting the development of training centers.
* Sharing clinical best practices with colleagues to optimize customer experience.
* Working with field service engineers on technical troubleshooting.
* Developing professional customer relationships.
* Providing feedback on system utilization for marketing and participating in NPD discussions.
* Managing high-stress situations with a clear problem-solving mindset.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific disciplines.
* At least 2 years of clinical electrophysiology experience.
* At least 2 years of independent support of electrophysiology mapping procedures.
* Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
* Fluency in English.
* Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment.
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Independent and responsible thinking and acting.
* Enthusiasm, decisiveness, and ability to work effectively in EP labs to achieve vendor credentialing.
