Spanish-Speaking Customer Technical Advisor - Greece w/ Relocation (Remote from Greece Possible)
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, following established processes
* Accurately log customer queries and feedback in the system
* Handle customer complaints according to escalation policies
* Ensure all support requests are addressed within agreed service levels
* Troubleshoot technical issues using available resources
* Provide solutions to common technical questions
Candidate Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Native or fluent Greece language skills
* Good command of English (minimum C1 level)
* Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Good active listening and communication abilities
