Intercompany Customer Service & IEC Manager (f / m / d) .About the Role:
This position involves managing intercompany operations, coordinating orders, overseeing transportation, handling invoicing, and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations. You will serve as a key contact for freight forwarders, customs, and internal teams.Responsibilities:
Manage intercompany orders and logisticsCoordinate delivery deadlines and transportationRecord pricing data and handle intercompany invoicingPrepare reports and manage import/export documentationEnsure compliance with customs legislationServe as contact for freight forwarders and customs authoritiesQualifications:
Degree in Logistics, Customer Service, International Trade, or related field (preferred)At least 5 years experience in Import & Export operationsProven team management skillsFluent in Spanish (C1) and proficient in English (B2)Strong IT skills, including SAP-SD and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and organizational skillsValid driver’s license and own vehicleJoin a global leader committed to innovation, sustainability, and diversity.
