You will work closely with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, all while expanding your expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
How You Will Make An Impact
* Support the execution of the sales strategy and business development initiatives.
* Develop and maintain sales plans in Salesforce.
* Assist in market analysis.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
* Identify growth opportunities.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
* Provide product knowledge and training.
Your Background
* Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the energy industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales plans within a competitive environment.
* Strong understanding of energy products, systems and market dynamics, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, conduct effective presentations and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% mainly through Spain to engage with stakeholders, clients, and support business initiatives across regions.
