Join our Academic Management Team in Córdoba. We are looking for a dynamic Academic Manager to work with other managers and the commercial team to ensure top‑quality education and happy students.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily academy operations, including schedules, classrooms and teachers.
* Motivate and lead the teaching team.
* Ensure high‑quality teaching and student satisfaction.
* Support teachers and students, including covering classes when needed.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Help promote the academy to corporate and institutional clients.
* Assist in product development and marketing strategies.
* Participate in recruitment and training.
Qualifications
* CELTA, Trinity TESOL or equivalent initial teaching qualification.
* Right to work in the EU.
* Degree (e.g., BA, BSc).
* Experience teaching young learners.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Strong teamwork mindset.
* Proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Experience in online teaching, ideally via Zoom.
* IT skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
* Previous management experience is a plus.
