We're looking for a
Business Development Specialist
who is not afraid to do things differently. Someone who is proactive, ambitious, and excited to use AI-driven sales tools to find smarter, faster ways to grow.
What you will do:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
- Generate and qualify leads using modern digital & AI tools
- Spot opportunities in the UK market and convert them into deals
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customer success
- Keep CRM up to date and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Stay ahead of competitors by tracking market trends
What we are looking for:
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly with clients
- Curiosity and passion for AI and automation in sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset
- Fluent in English
- Desirable: Experience with lead generation and prospect management
