Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor to onboard new German-market clients and build strong, results-driven PPC campaigns
* Make outbound calls to promote and sell services
* Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate and long-term success
* Build, maintain, and update a complete customer database
* German C2 and English C1 (additional languages are a bonus)
* Able to address advanced ROI and integration questions for digital ads solutions
* Strong competitor analysis and market trend awareness
* Cultural awareness and stakeholder xcskxlj management experience
* Minimum 12 months of experience in sales and/or marketing with proven client-facing skills
* Confident using CRM tools and managing customer data
* Comfortable using AI tools to support outreach strategies
* Strong communication skills (presentation + professional writing)
