French speaking Customer Service Sales Representative, Barcelona
We are currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Sales Representative to join our client's office in Barcelona!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)
* Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached
* Respond to inbound emails in a timely and accurate manner
* Place outbound calls when required
* Quote creation and follow up
* Use upselling/cross-selling techniques to maximise revenue
* Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success
* Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
* Answer and deal with customer post-sales requests
* Cover order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM & Order Status Suite.
REQUIREMENTS:
* C2/fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
* Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
* Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email)
* Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
* Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understanding
* Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications
* Outstanding communication with ability to emphasise, negotiate and persuade
* Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
* Exceptional customer-facing and customer care skills
* Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner
* Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
