What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our office in Sant Quirze del Vallès. The role involves managing the full order cycle with international distributors, ensuring timely responses, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction while coordinating export operations in compliance with international trade regulations.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining strong relationships with international distributors and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Managing the entire order process from receipt to delivery, collaborating with internal departments.
* Ensuring timely delivery and resolving issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
* Coordinating export operations, ensuring compliance with customs and trade laws.
* Preparing documentation for international shipments, including LC, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Requirements:
* Minimum of five years' experience in a Customer Service Export Department, preferably in the aesthetics or medical equipment sector.
* Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, proactivity, and flexibility.
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, CFGS in International Trade, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
knowledge of ERP Dynamics is a plus.
* Fluent in French and English;
additional languages are a plus.
