Your areas of responsibilities:
1. Develop an overall market strategy how to grow Cybex in the Spanish market
2. Establish, oversee and execute sales and marketing activities to implement the overall business strategy and meet commercial objectives
3. Lead the Spanish Sales and Marketing Team to maximize sales growth, brand awareness and brand visibility in Spain
4. Develop an overall market strategy how to grow Cybex in the Spanish market
5. Develop and maintain long-standing profitable business relationships with our key accounts and ensure constant sales expansion
6. Ensure that all employees are properly trained in skills, product & company knowledge, procedures, standards and systems
7. Monitor and achieve agreed turnover targets incl. regular reporting to GM
8. Maintain the Spanish sales and marketing forecast and track the budget
9. Provide recommendations to the regional & global marketing team on special programs and initiatives designed for the Spanish market to better position the brand and the products
10. Lead, control and direct all business development activities in Barcelona/Spain, with a special focus on driving product launches and establishing new categories
11. Lead a small team of 3 sales- and marketing people
12. Ensure compliance in all business transaction with local law and regulations
13. Reference to the Spain/Portugal general manager
14. You are part of the Spain/Portugal leadership team

Your profile of qualification:
16. University studies of Business Administration and Marketing preferable
17. Several related work experience, preferably in the area of Luxury Industry Retail, Wholesale, FMCG, Sports and Fashion
18. Experience in Marketing Management and branding in the Spanish market is mandatory
19. Experience in setting up new operations and developing structures is a must
20. Fluent in Spanish (mother tongue) and Business English
21. Extensive brand marketing and sales know-how both at strategic and operational level
22. Experience of increasing turnover and profitability as well as successfully managing P&Ls, budgets and sales growth
23. Knowledge of operating standards and processes, with a "can do" approach
