About The Role
To drive the digital transformation of Ferrovial Energy by implementing innovative digital solutions, fostering a culture of digitalization, and ensuring the effective use of project management tools like Procore to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize existing workflows, promoting process standardization and best practices to improve efficiency, traceability, and overall performance.
Implement digital tools and automation solutions that enhance coordination across departments and reduce manual tasks.
Define and develop the digitalization strategy at Ferrovial Energy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and communicating it to key stakeholders.
Identify, prioritize, and lead the digitalization of processes, selecting the most suitable platforms in each case.
Coordinate proof of concept (PoC) activities and assess new technologies (software and hardware), ensuring feasibility, operational fit, and business value.
Drive the adoption of new tools through training materials, user guidance, and change management initiatives.
Support construction teams in the implementation of digital solutions and ensure consistent use of platforms across the organization.
Monitor the impact of implemented improvements and foster a continuous digitalization culture.
Qualifications
University degree in Engineering
3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
Experience in construction is valued
