The person appointed will be responsible for the electrical/electronic design and development of the projects assigned, primarily Energy Storage and Hybrid Power Systems. Besides will participate in the industrialization process of the designed products.The main functions for the position are:Design and develop the electrical and electronic systems for new Energy Storage products (Battery‐inverter system, battery and energy management system, Control panel, PLC programming, power connections, calculation of wiring, communications between different modules of the machine, etc.).Create and maintain the technical documentation for supplier assembly and aftermarket service of the machinery. The CAE modules used are Eplan P8, Pro Panel and Harness.Manage the issues detected during the manufacturing process to ensure continuous improvements.Work closely with other departments and external partners to assure and optimize the designs.Cooperate and supervise in the process of prototypes and industrialization of the projects.Experience requirements: At least 5 years of proven experience in similar jobs.Educational requirements: Degree in Electrical or Electronical EngineeringMust have knowledge: CAE, Eplan P8, Pro Panel and HarnessOffice packProfessional competence in EnglishPLM Smartteam or WindchillGeneral knowledge of electronicsKnowledge in power electronics, electrical machinery and batteries or solar systemsKnowledge in batteries and Energy Storage systemsKnowledge on electrical regulations and certifications (CE Mark and UL/CSA desirable)Nice to have knowledge: Knowledge in power electronics, electrical machinery and batteries or solar systems are a plus.Soft skills: Innovative spirit.Passion about design of new products.Continuous improvement.Proactiveness and able to adapt to changes and dynamic environments.Customer focus.Diverse by nature and inclusive by choiceBright ideas come from all of us.
