About The Role
Commercial Project Manager Mobility Home Market – responsible for the full financial and commercial aspects of mobility contracts within the national market. Works closely with project management to ensure regulatory compliance, optimise financial results and guarantee the success of each initiative from offer to execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and financial management during all project phases, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations (Siemens‑FRG and PGC).
- Optimise project financial results by managing gross margin, cash flow, assets and financing instruments.
- Identify, evaluate and mitigate risks, while leveraging commercial opportunities in collaboration with the project management team.
- Ensure the accuracy of accounting records and commercial documentation in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Manage the commercial relationship with clients, resolve issues and ensure correct invoicing and collection.
- Oversee the application of financial guarantees and optimise overall project costs, minimising non‑conformities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial project functions, preferably in complex environments.
- Deep knowledge of business processes, policies and financial management tools (e.g., Spiridon, Dash/Roccit, SAP).
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional communication, coaching and problem‑solving skills, with a structured and proactive approach.
Preferred
- CPM and C Certification in Siemens.
- Previous participation in company talent programmes.
