It involves designing meaningful learning experiences and creating digital learning content to ensure knowledge transfer for field-based jobs. The primary purpose is to develop product learning programs that build practical skills among our field employees worldwide. The role includes designing digital content such as video tutorials, animations, and multimedia tools to enhance learning.Learning program development :
Design and implement engaging end-to-end learning programs for engineering and technical service employees, including rollout plans, measurement, and maintenance.Instructional design alignment :
Ensure programs align with instructional methodologies and use needs analysis to create meaningful learning experiences that effectively transfer knowledge to field workers.Operational content creation :
Create visually appealing and effective materials, manage multimedia production like animations and videos, and script clear content in English. Proficiency in graphic design tools is a plus.Stakeholder management / coordination :
Effectively communicate and coordinate with SMEs, animators, and global stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.Project planning & execution :
Manage complex projects using traditional and agile approaches.Mobility needs youEducation :
Master’s degree or higher in instructional design (preferred), education, marketing, business administration, communications, or technology. If not in instructional design, postgraduate education in related fields is required. Additional education in project management or content creation is a plus.Knowledge and experience :
At least 5 years in instructional design rolesKnowledge of instructional design methodologiesExperience with project management methodologiesLearning technology skills, including familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Suite (e.G., After Effects), SuccessFactors LMS, AI-supported creation tools, and video shooting equipmentExperience in reporting learning effectiveness using best practicesStrong scripting and content creation skills;
ability to lead projectteams involving animators, SMEs, and business stakeholdersOther competencies :
