Dimension and HR Development

Develop and implement the local HR strategy in line with the Group's objectives.
\n
Lead transformation, organisational, and skills development projects.
\n
Support managers in team performance, development, and change management.
\n
Contribute to Group initiatives (culture, engagement, talent management).
\n
Operational Dimension
\n
Manage all HR processes: recruitment, training, labour relations, administrative management, HR development.
\n
Ensure compliance with Spanish legislation and alignment with Group standards.
\n
Provide hands‑on HR support to teams and managers.
\n
Handle sensitive or disciplinary cases when necessary.
\n
Management

Direct supervision of the local HR team composed of:

1 Payroll and Personnel Administration Manager

1 HR Officer
\n
1 Office Manager
