Job Overview
This role is part of our Digital Technology Department, operating under the Global Development Center within the DIGITAL and IT function at JTI. The DIGITECH department plays a critical role in defining technology and architecture strategy aligned with our business vision, as well as digital delivery.

Main Responsibilities
Delivery & Technical Ownership
* Bring in-depth technical expertise in solution development.
* Understand business requirements and translate them into project deliverables.
* Assess technical requirements when selecting new solutions (focused on mobile apps).
* Evaluate if DIGITECH solutions align with industry standards, technological trends, and best practices.
Release
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release scope, objectives, and timelines.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive release plan, including release schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
* Coordinate release activities, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.
* Oversee execution of release activities, including code deployments, configuration changes, and data migrations.
* Coordinate thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure platform stability and functionality.
* Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance release efficiency and quality.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in eCommerce platforms, Azure, and Magento.
* Stay current with CI/CD industry tests, test automation, DevSecOps.
SLAs and KPIs
* Establish and monitor service levels and performance metrics to measure IT Service Catalog team effectiveness and productivity.
* Provide accurate reports and metrics for management reporting.
* Drive consumer and customer initiatives through KPI and SLA setup to reduce time to resolution, reduce incidents, etc.

Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 5+ years experience in Delivery Management in large teams (25+ people).
* 5+ years experience in Engineering Leadership Role (Application Engineer, Solution Architect, Team Lead, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar role).
* 5+ years experience working with development of internet commercial solutions/platform based on cloud providers/SaaS & multi-tenant and microservice-based architecture.
* Experience managing Request for Proposal (RFP) process for mobile application development projects and assessing technical solutions.
* End-to-end delivery of mobile application development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
* Familiarity with software practices in both BUILD and RUN phases.
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
