PA leading company in the maritime industry, renowned for its excellence in providing high-quality shipping and logistics services, is looking for a Technical Manager to join their team in Tarragona. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliOversee and supervise a team of Technical Superintendents, ensuring timely maintenance and repair work on the fleet. /liliEnsure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including class recommendations and safety standards. /liliManage special projects, including dry dock specifications, mobilizations, and in-water repairs. /liliCoordinate Annual Management Reviews and Master’s Reviews, assessing policies and procedures for continuous improvement. /liliImplement Stop Work Authority (SWA) when safety is at risk and report hazards through the Safety Observation Card (SOC) or Defect Reporting System. /liliFoster strong relationships with internal teams, customers, shipyard management, and suppliers. /liliAssist in managing budgets and cost-saving initiatives across technical operations. /li /ulpKey Requirements: /pulliMechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
