Purpose of the role:
The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across the European markets.
Our mission is to deliver high quality and policy-compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners.
You will be part of a dynamic, energetic, and highly skilled New Business Sales Development team based in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
* Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
* Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
* Conduct eligibility checks to ensure prospects are suitable for acquisition.
* Stay updated on industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
* Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan lead sourcing according to team needs.
* Deliver a set of leads based on quarterly targets.
* Provide weekly reports and analysis of work in a presentable format.
Requirements:
* 1 year experience in digital advertising or market research.
* Minimum education: 2nd year college or higher.
* B2 level or higher in the supported market language.
* Native or advanced level of Arabic (Middle East).
* Advanced level of English.
* Intermediate spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).
Skills and attributes:
* Ability to work autonomously and report progress daily.
* Strategic thinking and trend awareness.
* High accuracy and attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
* Comfort with reports, databases, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
* Organized, able to work under pressure in a collaborative environment.
* Strong time management and multitasking skills.
