Mission
Define, drive and ensure the correct implementation of processes, standards and differentiated experiences across Barceló Hotel Group through Ser Barceló, the internal brand that represents the management and training model.
Key Tasks
* Define and update operating standards and procedures.
* Create manuals on gastronomic concepts and differentiated experiences.
* Identify best operational practices for standardisation.
* Participate in supplier selection and evaluation ensuring brand standards.
* Manage and monitor APPCC results.
* Update and maintain the SER knowledge platform.
* Audit tracking and control at hotels.
* Support hotels in openings and follow‑ups.
* Support HR in face‑to‑face training sessions and online content.
Qualifications
* University or technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage Management or related field.
* 3–5 years experience in management or supervision of operational departments.
* Demonstrable experience in defining and implementing operational procedures and brand standards.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
* High level of written and spoken English (C1).
* Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Analytical, problem‑solving and detail‑orientated.
* Willingness to travel within the chain.
