CHANEL is thrilled to offer an exciting internship opportunity within its Sales team. We are looking for a motivated and analytical Sales Support Intern to support our commercial activity and contribute to the continuous improvement of client experience across points of sale in Spain.
Your role at CHANEL
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be part of the commercial team and play a key supporting role in driving sales performance through data analysis and operational coordination. Your mission is to provide a strategic perspective through insights and reporting, while supporting both the Sales and the Beauty Consultants field team.
As a Sales Support Intern, you will contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance and Beauty Division by taking ownership of the following key responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare reports and analyses to support strategic decision‐making.
Field Team Support: Assist in route planning for the traveling sales team, identifying improvement opportunities by retailer and geographic area.
Operational Coordination: Support daily travel management for the sales team, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Logistics Follow‐up: Track and coordinate orders for point‐of‐sale materials.
Client Experience Support: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client journey across retail locations.
Training Coordination: Collaborate with Learning teams in organizing training plans.
