Senior Front-end Engineer
Main responsibilities:
* Develop and sustain the FE codebase: Creating best-in-class user flows and integrating with a headless CMS, feature-flags and central API.
* Develop Reusable Components: Ensure separation of concerns by creating standardized, modular components.
* Implement Robust Testing: Write comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests to guarantee quality and stability.
* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with UX designers, backend teams, and other digital organizations to deliver cohesive eCommerce solutions.
* Deploy and Enhance eCommerce Solutions: Build and deploy new capabilities and market-specific customizations while continuously improving existing products.
* Contribute to Product Strategy: Participate in defining new product requirements alongside Developers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects in a digital environment.
Key Skills:
* Proficiency in building web applications with React, Next.Js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Expertise in responsive design and modular architecture.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
* Web development principles, lifecycle processes, and modern web frameworks.
* It would be nice to have experience with Angular, and the Spartacus Composable Storefront Framework is useful, even though it is not the primary focus.
* Experience with SAP e-commerce, SAP Hybris, or SAP Commerce Cloud, alongside integration with other systems, would be beneficial.
