Experteer OverviewIn this role, you lead AI evaluation and testing within the firm's Technology Risk function, shaping the vision and roadmap for AI control objectives. You define frameworks to assess AI behavior, ensure reliability and regulatory compliance across diverse AI systems, and build governance tooling. You collaborate with Legal, Risk, Tech, and Product teams to scale risk controls and policies, while engaging senior leadership to demonstrate impact. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the nexus of AI safety, governance, and enterprise risk.

* Define and drive the AI control objectives and testing roadmap
* Establish frameworks, requirements, and guidance for AI governance, observability, and testing tools
* Develop or validate red-team testing methodologies (jailbreaks, prompt injections, system prompt extraction)
* Partner with first line of defense to implement evaluation gates and a controlled compliance environment
* Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Technology and Product teams to create scalable RAI controls and testing methodologies
* Support updates to robust AI policies and standards as capabilities evolve (e.G., agentic)
* Present strategy and progress to senior leadership and secure stakeholder alignment
* Lead cross-functional programs, mentoring teams and driving impact across the firm
Responsabilidades
* 8+ years in Trust & Safety (AI/ML), risk, or security with a Data Science background
* 5+ years managing complex cross-functional projects
* Familiarity with AI safety, testing and governance
* Knowledge of AI evaluation methods and link to guardrails and controls
* Strong knowledge of LLM behavior and jailbreak techniques
* Ability to translate ethical challenges into actionable policies and frameworks
* Experience working with engineering and product teams to build tools or automation
* Ability to work in-person and travel to offices as needed
* Excellent leadership and communication skills to navigate ambiguity and influence product direction
