About the CompanyOur client is a fast-growing French MedTech scale-up that develops connected hardware and SaaS solutions for physiotherapists, rehabilitation clinics, and sports professionals.Following a €16M funding round, the company is accelerating its European expansion. After establishing a successful presence in Barcelona and Madrid, we are now looking for a regional champion to spearhead our growth in the South of Spain .
Your RoleAs the Regional Field Sales for Southern Spain, you will be the face of the company in a high-potential territory. You will have full ownership of the region, building our local footprint from the ground up.Key responsibilities:75% Outbound Field Sales: Active prospection and "on-the-ground" visits to physiotherapy clinics, rehab centers, and sports facilities across the southern provinces.25% Inbound Leads: Qualifying and closing opportunities generated by our marketing and BDR teams.Strategic Territory Management: Defining your travel schedule and regional strategy to maximize presence in key hubs.Consultative Sales: Demonstrating our technology and closing short, high-velocity sales cycles (approx. 2 months).
Who You Are4 to 8 years of B2B field sales experience, with a proven track record in the Northern Spanish market.Location: You are already based in (or willing to relocate to) Sevilla or Southern Spain.Hunter Mindset: You love being on the road, meeting clients, and opening new doors in a territory where networking is key.Autonomy: You are comfortable working remotely from the main office while staying closely aligned with the Spanish team (Madrid/Barcelona) and French HQ.Knowledge of the local healthcare ecosystem is a significant advantage.
LanguagesSpanish: Native/Bilingual.English: Fluent (required for reporting and international meetings).French: A strong plus, facilitating communication with our French headquarters.
