We have achieved significant milestones, commercial expansion and industry recognition, positioning EBRO as one of the most relevant and ambitious automotive projects in Europe.We are looking for professionals with strong expertise, drive and strategic vision to join our journey.Position Overview:The Dealer Marketing will collaborate with the development and execution of the marketing strategy across the EBRO dealer network, ensuring operational excellence, commercial impact and consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints and efficiency.This is a key role in strengthening and expanding our commercial network.Key Responsibilities:Dealer Network Strategy & Execution- Develop local and regional marketing strategies aligned with global brand and product priorities.- Drive impactful actions in dealerships focused on customer experience, visibility and business performance.- Coordinate campaign implementation across the dealer network, ensuring quality and consistency.- Ensure that the dealership is equipped with all required materials and tools.Brand Retail & Customer Experience- Ensure proper execution of brand identity across digital and physical retail environments.- Supervise the creation and adaptation of marketing materials, content and commercial tools for retail use.Campaing analysis- Carry out a verification of campaign activations along with their related invoicing documentation.- Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize marketing performance across the network.Digitalization & Innovation- Drive digital retail initiatives, lead management strategies and data-driven marketing actions focused on conversion.- Promote innovation and implement modern, performance-oriented marketing approaches.Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with internal teams: Product, Sales, Communications, Digital, CX and more.- Manage agencies, suppliers and partners, ensuring high-quality output and brand alignment.- Serve as a strategic link between the brand and the dealer network.Requirements:- 2 - 3+ years of experience in automotive marketing (OEM, importer or dealer network).- Strong understanding of the automotive ecosystem, retail marketing and performance KPIs.- Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.- Proficiency in digital tools, CRM platforms and reporting systems.- Professional English level (other languages are a plus).- Availability for travel.What We Offer:- The opportunity to join a solid, modern and expanding OEM, taking part in high-impact strategic projects.- A dynamic, innovative and collaborative working environment.- Direct involvement in initiatives that support EBRO’s commercial and brand development.- Genuine opportunities for professional growth.- A committed, high-performing team.
