We are building a mobile-first product system in the Health/MedTech space, where the app is not just an interface, but a core business channel for acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and monetization.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Product Manager — hands-on, co-creator of the product, with a strong growth, business, and systems mindset.
Not a backlog manager.
Not a delivery PM.
A real product builder for mobile ecosystems.
Key Tasks:
- Own the mobile product strategy (iOS-first, Android-aware)
- Build and evolve end-to-end mobile funnels
- Drive: Activation, Conversion, Monetization, Retention, Recurrence
- Define product hypotheses, experiments, and learning loops
- Connect product decisions to business impact and revenue
- Co-create roadmap with design, growth, data, and engineering
- Lead AI-driven mobile product initiatives
- Align product, tech, and business priorities
Requirements:
- 5+ years in digital product management
- Real experience in B2C mobile apps as a mandatory
- Experience with subscription products
- iOS-first product experience
- Strong understanding of: Mobile UX, Funnels, Growth loops, Monetization systems
- Data-driven decision makings
- AI-aware product mindset
- Experience working with: Mobile engineers, Product designers, Growth teams, Data teams
