The role focuses on locating, organizing, and reviewing historical employee records across multiple regions to ensure accuracy and compliance. This position requires strong organizational skills, independence, and persistence, especially when working with archived or hard-to-access records. Support may involve both physical file retrieval and digital file review.Key ResponsibilitiesRetrieve employee records from physical archives and digital systemsReview files for accuracy and completeness as per project guidelinesMaintain logs, track progress, and document findingsCoordinate with regional HR teams and procurement partnersIdentify missing or incomplete records and escalate issues when requiredRequired QualificationsExperience in HR administration, records management, or similar rolesStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyComfortable handling confidential information and data privacy standardsExposure to global HR processes is an advantageChallenges & ExpectationsHandling large volumes of historical employee filesWorking with physical archives stored in various locationsInvestigating incomplete or misfiled recordsMeeting tight, deadline-driven timelinesCollaborating across multiple countries and time zones
