Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support to French‑speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
* Assist customers with the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations.
* Troubleshoot any booking‑related issues and offer effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system for ongoing support and improvement.
* Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
* Stay informed on company services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate advice and information to customers.
Requirements
* Fluency in French (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English as an additional advantage.
* Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industries.
