The Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving change initiatives, coordinating projects, and leading communications with internal stakeholders and the Key-User community to ensure the successful adoption of Business Solutions and processes.

FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Management plan and strategy for the Business Operations Solutions (BOS) Program, including deployment projects across affiliates.
* Build and execute stakeholder mapping and engagement plans.
* Conduct and update Impact Assessments across stakeholder groups.
* Identify, prioritize, and address key change areas and actions.
* Monitor and track change management and project activities.
* Lead communication strategies, crafting messages that highlight project benefits and impacts, tailored to stakeholder communities.
* Design and coordinate training programs, including creating or updating training materials for new processes and tools.
* Ensure project buy-in from end-users and measure engagement levels.
* Report progress and issues related to change management to the Steering Committee.
* Promote change and continuous improvement across functions, units, processes, and value flows.
For Projects within the BOS Centre:
* Implement change management processes and tools for project teams.
* Coordinate stakeholder work, tracking progress on user impacts.
* Develop tailored change management strategies with local leaders.
* Develop training programs for impacted communities.
* Coordinate communication within the BOS team and with impacted sites.
* Manage communication of monthly SAP releases, ensuring transparency and awareness.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for change management matters.
* Collaborate with other transformation programs to ensure alignment.
Requirements:
* Proven expertise in change management, including impact analysis, communication, and training strategies, preferably within SAP or IT environments.
* Strong project management skills and knowledge of project methodologies.
* Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
* Highly adaptable, resilient, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent communication skills in English & French; Spanish is a plus.
* Experience in internal communications and marketing initiatives.
* Team-oriented, collaborative, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Flexible to travel 15-20% of the time.
