Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Client Lead to enhance customer interactions throughout their Customer Journey Map, aiming to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
The Client Lead manages client interactions, focusing on sales processes, lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. They collaborate with project managers to ensure project success, support various project stages, and meet quality and profitability standards. They continuously explore new value-added opportunities for existing clients, lead negotiations, and manage communication during the presales process.
Responsibilities include sharing sales strategies with PMs, attending project demos, managing scope and budget deviations, identifying upselling opportunities, and leading project retrospectives. They are familiar with operational team members, assist in team allocation, and communicate staffing needs. They monitor project progress, contribute to risk mitigation, and ensure deadlines are met.
Required skills and experience:
* Large account management experience
* Experience with Salesforce ecosystem
* At least 6 years in business/technology consulting
* Project management experience
* Digital and international project experience
* High level of English; additional European languages are a plus
