Webmaster Campaign Specialist

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
2–3+ years of experience as a
Webmaster / Web Content / eCommerce Operations
profile, ideally in an international environment
Hands-on experience with
CMS management
(publishing, updating, and maintaining web content and campaign pages)
Experience working with
Figma
(e.G., checking layouts, product portfolios, and content consistency)
Familiarity with
Confluence
(for documentation) and
Jira
(for ticketing and workflow management) or similar tools
Understanding of
digital campaign launch processes
(set-up, testing, go-live, follow-up)
Ability to work with
digital assets
and
HTML content
(no design skills required, but comfortable handling complex content structures)
Strong
organizational and methodical
skills, with high attention to detail
Proactive
mindset and problem-solving attitude
Very communicative
and collaborative, with strong team-player skills
Willingness to learn
and grow in a fast-paced, international context
Fluent English
(written and spoken);
any additional languageis a plus
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Support the Integral eCommerce Campaigns Roadmap
: assist in the set-up, testing, and activation of global and seasonal digital campaigns
Contribute to the
optimization of permanent website content
to support commercial and business objectives
Provide
operational support
to the Digital Commerce Campaigns Activation Team in all tasks related to campaign creation and implementation
Maintain and update
product portfolios and campaign elements in Figma
, ensuring alignment with guidelines and briefings
Prepare and manage
test URLs
and other validation steps xhfqzwm before campaign go-live
Oversee
digital assets management
and support the integration of
complex HTML content
for both B2B and B2C websites
Ensure that global and local websites are leveraging
best practices, relevant content, and appropriate features
for each campaign
Support the creation and maintenance of
operational campaign documentation
in Confluence, ensuring markets receive clear and complete guidelines
Work closely with campaign coordinators,
supporting (not coordinating) the campaigns
, and ensuring smooth execution of all operational steps
Use
Jira
(or similar ticketing tools) to manage requests, follow up on tasks, and track progress and issues
