Hello! We are Volotea, the airline of small and mid-sized cities in Europe.
At Volotea, safety is built day by day — through strong processes, attention to detail, and people who care about doing things right.
In this role, you’ll join the team responsible for ensuring our maintenance activities meet regulatory requirements and the highest safety standards. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals in CAMO, Part-145 Maintenance and Safety, supporting audits, safety investigations, and the continuous improvement of our Safety Management System.

How will it be to work with us?
* Support and participate in CAMO and Part-145 audits, including Authority audits, alongside senior team members.
* Help monitor competence and training records for Maintenance and Compliance staff.
* Contribute to the implementation and day-to-day use of the Safety Management System (SMS) in Maintenance.
* Take part in technical safety investigations and follow-up actions.
* Support Safety Action Groups and help prepare Safety Review Boards.
* Assist with SMS and compliance training sessions and materials.
* Help prepare Safety Bulletins, manuals and Safety Information Notes.
* Support the SACA program and follow up on findings.
* Contribute to updating CAMO, Maintenance, Safety and Compliance manuals and procedures.

What will make you succeed in this position:
* Technical or engineering background, qualification as an aircraft technician or maintenance engineer are also welcomed.
* First professional experience or hands‑on exposure within aviation maintenance, safety, compliance or quality environments.
* Interest in aviation regulations, safety management systems and structured operational processes.
* Fluent English and Spanish.
* Strong attention to detail, with a methodical and organized way of working.
* Team‑oriented mindset, curiosity, and motivation to learn in a regulated environment.
* Willingness to travel occasionally across our European bases as the role evolves.
