How to contribute to our vision
We seek a self-driven student worker to support our Continuous Improvement team in Brande with various tasks.
This role offers an opportunity to develop personally and professionally, building a global network and gaining relevant experience in a worldwide company.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the preparation of meeting agendas.
* Assisting with meeting minutes for internal, community calls, and EPI forums.
* Contacting stakeholders to gather content for presentations.
* Managing case lists and updating systems.
* Preparing internal KPI reports and performance metrics.
* Contributing to continuous improvement projects.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a drive to lead change. You must be enrolled at a Danish university with at least 1 year remaining in your bachelor’s or master’s in any engineering field. Please attach your transcript and CV.
Requirements include:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
* Good English skills, written and spoken.
* A team player attitude.
* Availability to work at least 1-2 days a week in Brande.
You should challenge yourself and colleagues to achieve excellent results, possess high professional standards, and have a desire to develop your skills. Good collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to different cultural contexts are essential. A results- and customer-oriented mindset is key.
