About the Role
Texonica Marketing is seeking a Digital Advertising Account Manager with strong strategic thinking and the ability to guide international clients through high-impact campaigns. This role is ideal for professionals who want to maximize their expertise in a flexible, transparent, and results-focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with international clients.
* Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
* Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights.
* Suggest strategic solutions to support long‑term growth.
* Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and on strategy.
Requirements
* 3–5 yrs experience in Digital Advertising, Performance Marketing, or Account Management.
* Strong experience in budget management, performance optimization, and data analysis.
* Fluent English communication, especially with international clients.
* Highly autonomous, decisive, and strategically minded.
* Remote work experience working with multinational clients is a plus.
