As Business Controller, you will support the country organization to achieve their business goals by forecasting, budgeting, reporting and monitoring business results. You will contribute to the definition of a financial strategy for the entity and advise business leaders on the improvement of their results in terms of profit, efficiency, margins, costs, risks and return on investments.
In this role, you will report directly to the Country Finance Manager. Your responsibilities will include the items listed below.
Responsibilities Financial Strategy: Contribute to the development of the business strategy and/or planning at the country level from a financial perspective.
Financial Planning & Control Cycle: Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute the financial planning and control cycle. Provide management with advice on forecasting, budgeting, and strategy execution. Monitor financial results and follow up on discrepancies or inadequacies.
Financial Business Partnering: Advise business leaders and functional teams on improving commercial and operational performance. Provide guidance on financial risk management, pricing models, return on investment, contractual agreements, complex deal structuring, sales effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
Financial Reporting: Report financial results to internal and external stakeholders, explaining trends and variances. Ensure alignment and consistency of country-level reports within the broader organization. Define, manage, and continuously improve local financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness at the country level.

Essentials / Qualifications Bachelor in Accounting / Finance / Business / Economics
More than 7 years of Big4 / Multinational experience
Experience in Finance domains in the Financial Industry
English (writing and speaking)
Proficient in Excel
