A leading pharmaceutical company specialized in the research and production of allergy vaccines, we are looking for a versatile and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP). This role combines strategic business partnering with direct ownership of Compensation & Benefits (C&B). Serve as the main HR point of contact for assigned departments (Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, etc.).
Advise and support managers on organizational structure, talent development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Coordinate the annual performance management process and related development plans.
Support change management and internal communication processes.
Conduct market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and salary surveys.
Oversee employee benefits programs (healthcare, wellness, insurance, etc.) Support mobility policies including expatriation, relocation, and international compensation packages.
Partner with Finance and HR Ops on budgeting, reporting, and payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and regulatory frameworks related to compensation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, with a blend of generalist and C&B responsibilities.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
Solid knowledge of labor law and compensation-related compliance.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
