Sanoma Learning’s NPM train is on the lookout for a FrontEnd developer to join our vibrant, international team. We’re a group of enthusiastic, friendly, and talented individuals dedicated to revolutionizing primary education. As a FrontEnd developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our platform for primary education, used by tens of thousands of teachers and students. We offer two work models: hybrid (3 days from home, 2 in the office) or remote with occasional visits to our Barcelona office. We are looking for a Front-End Developer specialized in Angular, with strong technical skills, collaborative attitude and ability to contribute to system improvements and overall team success.
Develop and enhance application features using Angular 15+, TypeScript, NgRx Store (Redux) and RXJS (Reactive Components) for the FrontEnd.
Manage deployments in main stores like Google Play and App Store.
Strong Knowledge and use Figma for designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Service Engineers to identify areas for improvement in system architecture, performance, and maintainability.
Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and responsiveness.
Knowledge in AWS Infrastructure.
Follow best practices in CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines), DevOps, and cloud-native development.
Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and improve overall code quality.
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Work experience in front-end development: Expert in Angular 15+, including Signals and Standalone Components.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, NgRx Store (Redux) and RXJS.
Manage deployments in main stores like Google Play and App Store.
Experience with AWS and with CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket).
Working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles.
Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken communication). Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
Knowledge in AWS Infrastructure.
