Position Overview
Title: SAP Customer Success Operations Intern
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Expected start date: April or May 2024
About the Role
As an intern, you will support the Global Operation Manager and the Customer Success operations team in improving efficiency, communication, and customer engagement. You will work closely with regional partners and contribute to process improvements and data initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and execute weekly account assignment across all regions.
* Oversee the global account scope review process and generate data reports to ensure visibility.
* Organize project management activities.
* Suggest and implement improvements for current internal processes.
* Support the preparation of executive presentations.
* Coordinate the follow-up of weekly team meetings.
* Participate in new initiatives relevant to the organization’s success.

Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
* Preferred: previous experience in the tech industry and/or customer success.
