We are seeking an IT Devops Lead to oversee all day-to-day operations, support audit-related aspects, manage licenses/vendor relations, operational budget management, and ensure compliance, quality, and security in all operational aspects of a Data Science platform.
Engage and lead service level reviews/KPIs review meetings with Business and work with vendors to ensure smooth business operations with proper controls like Disaster recovery/business continuity models.
Engage with global business leaders and leverage the appropriate DDIT teams and functions to ensure operational enhancements proceed smoothly with the right quality and timelines.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
1. Collection of operational demands/enhancement requests of the Data Science platform.
2. Work with SaaS vendors / cloud providers to ensure availability and performance of the data science platforms.
3. Update/review application roadmaps, technology modernization, and elimination of unused assets. Conduct service review meetings with business/vendors and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
4. Ensure training materials are up to date. Manage licenses, budgets, and contracts for various tools/vendors.
5. Manage escalations, quality, technical security, user access, audits, and support critical incidents.
6. Adhere to GxP compliance processes, manage quality events, risks, deviations, and reviews.
7. Stay updated with internal IT systems, documentation standards, regulatory environments, and industry best practices.
8. Develop operational cost estimates and financial models, perform change impact assessments, and ensure compliant deployment.
9. Ensure solutions meet specifications and are fit for purpose. Manage cloud financial operations with SaaS vendors.

* Minimum 10+ years experience in Pharma or IT industry.
* Minimum 8+ years in Pharma domain and 6+ years in service operations.
* Understanding of Data Science platforms, analytics, cloud management, and clinical business processes.
* Experience with data strategy, business process analysis, system architecture, GxP, 21CFR Part 11, CSV lifecycle.
* Ability to solve complex business challenges, collaborate globally, and work in a matrix environment.
* Knowledge of product management, agile methodologies, and digital innovation projects is a plus.
