Manage the tactical execution of the global PR and communications strategy. This role is responsible for driving the lifecycle of PR tools, coordinating international media requests, and supporting local and international event planning. You will act as the primary liaison for regional PR offices and agencies to ensure brand alignment, qualitative coverage, and seamless logistics and activation implementations across all markets.
Media Coordination & Editorial PRCoordinate the international PR network, serving as the daily point of contact for regional offices and agencies to ensure brand alignment and timely delivery of assets.Facilitate high-priority editorial placements by proactively managing media requests and pitching product news to key editorial contacts.Execute the global press calendar, managing the planning and logistical coordination for Press Days, shop openings, and seasonal shows.Monitor and analyze seasonal KPIs, compiling comprehensive global reports and leading weekly status updates with regional teams to track PR performance.Manage the editorial database, ensuring contacts are kept current and identifying new media opportunities within the fashion and lifestyle sectors.Tools & Content DevelopmentLiaise with Photo and Content teams to coordinate the production of press releases, digital press kits, and other essential communication tools.Maintain the Digital Press Room (Google Drive), ensuring all global agencies have access to the correct technical specifications and visual assets.Supervise the global media archive, ensuring all clippings and magazine appearances are tracked and organized for the communications team.Coordinate advertising materials, overseeing the delivery schedule and technical requirements for global media placements.Oversee the seasonal sample workflow, ensuring the HQ stockroom and international showrooms are organized to support high-level editorial needs.Support the gifting and seeding process, from product selection and order placement in SAP to final distribution to Friends of the House and media.Monitor PR administrative tasks, guiding the daily workload of PR interns.Ensure logistical efficiency for press travels and events, acting as the key coordinator for on-site execution and stakeholder needs.
Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a similar press or communications role (Agency or In-house).Exceptional writing skills and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish.A sound understanding of the global media landscape and the fashion retail environment.Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
