We partner with Google Ads to help businesses scale through smart, results-driven advertising strategies. Join a dynamic, multicultural team in Barcelona and work with innovative companies across the Dutch market.

Your Mission

As a Google Ads Account Manager, you will:

Act as a trusted advisor for Dutch businesses and agencies

Build and manage strong client relationships

Design and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns

Drive adoption, upselling, and growth of Google Ads solutions

Consult clients on ROI-focused digital strategies

Manage a portfolio of B2B customers through outbound calls and consultative selling

Analyze campaign performance and identify expansion opportunities

Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets

What Were Looking For

C2 Dutch & high level of English

1–2 years experience in sales, online advertising, or client-facing roles

Familiarity with Google Ads, AdSense, YouTube or digital marketing tools

Strong communication and analytical skills

Target-driven and customer-focused mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance environment

Passion for marketing, tech, and continuous learning

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
