We’re looking for a video editor (2+ years experience) to help us create high-performing ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
This role is perfect for someone who’s creative but also obsessed with performance and loves editing/creating videos that actually convert.
We are in the affiliate lead gen space, so if you have any experience, that would be ideal.
About the Role:
1. Edit & Optimize: Edit raw footage into compelling short-form video ads.
2. Platform-Specific Cuts: Create variations tailored to each platform’s best practices (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat).
3. Attention to Detail: Ensure text overlays, captions, and formatting are clean and consistent.
4. Project Tools: Work within Trello, Slack, and Google Drive to manage tasks and feedback.
5. Growth Potential: For the right person, this role can expand into creative strategy, UGC coordination, and ad testing.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: 2+ years editing short-form video content, preferably ads.
* Tools: Proficient in CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar (we mainly use CapCut).
* Languages: Conversational English is a big plus. We have 2 Spanish speakers on the team.
* Ad Editing: Experience editing videos specifically for conversions, not just aesthetics.
* Detail-Oriented: You catch typos, weird transitions, and audio sync issues before anyone else does.
* Experience in the affiliate lead gen space?

* Quick turnaround times with minimal revisions.
* High watch rates & engagement on videos.
* Ability to adapt styles across different offers, niches, and formats.
Budget and Hours:

* 20–30 hours per week.
