Operations Senior Executive
This role will collaborate closely with the wider Operations & Engagement team and report directly to the Operations & Engagement Manager.Key Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities :
Manage automated optimization solutions, collaborating with hubs and local teams in key EU-5 and North American markets, focusing on Programmatic, Search, and Social channels.Campaign Management :
Execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across DV360, TTD, Google Ads, and SA360, ensuring efficiency thresholds are met and providing regular performance reports.Data Check :
Regularly audit tracking systems such as Floodlights, pixels, and variables to ensure data accuracy and effective measurement.Algorithm Management :
Handle algorithm requests, create and validate syntax, and conduct real-time optimizations to improve campaign performance.Reporting & Insights :
Manage automated reporting tools daily, conduct monthly performance checks at 50% and 70% campaign durations, and develop benchmarks using historical data.Meetings & Calls :
Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing challenges.Profile
Experience :
1–2+ years in programmatic advertising, with hands-on experience in platforms like DV360 and TTD. Familiarity with Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360) and Social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) is advantageous.Campaign Support :
Experience supporting performance campaigns, including setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.Tracking and Troubleshooting :
Knowledge of tracking implementation, validation, and debugging tools like Google Tag Assistant or Omnibug.Platform Integration :
Understanding of DSPs, ad servers, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).Attention to Detail :
Meticulous in data entry, campaign configuration, and reporting.Language :
