About The Role
Your tasks will include :
- Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening applications, conducting phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams
- Work closely with hiring managers to help define the recruitment process
- Provide a world-class candidate experience
- Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
- Represent Fever by attending virtual job fairs and e-meetups
- Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth
In order to be successful in this role, you will be :
- Obsessive about acquiring the best talent for the position, mastering the hiring process from start to finish
- Independent and self-driven, with strong organizational skills for high-volume hiring
- Inquisitive, analytical, and creative in finding talent for any role
- Strong stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills, market insight, and data-driven decision-making from entry to director level
- Eager to learn and help—understand the overall goal of the team beyond your own objectives
Requirements
- 2 years of experience, preferably in-house within a tech or related industry; experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus
- A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or a related field
- C1 or native English level; other languages are a plus
- Experience working with ATS systems
- A solid understanding of Fever’s vision, business model, and operations
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build smart recruiting partnerships
