The Position

The Global Accounts Sales Support will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must have outstanding technical skills (Salesforce, Excel) and be comfortable following up on processes, hunting new accounts, developing business relations and working internally with different global entities of the group.


Main responsibilities

* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
* Follow up on processes and manage data on Salesforce, Excel and other tools.
* Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues.
* Support and control quality discussions and processes like sampling and documentation.
* Control delivery forecast for the active accounts.
* Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
* Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
* Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.


Knowledge and skills

* Proven experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service, with a Sales mindset.
* Robust technical knowledge, with experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
* Very good English skills, other languages will be an advantage.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Strong listening and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the Food & Beverage industry will be an advantage.
